Functional Testing
Test scenarios, test cases, smoke, sanity, regression and exploratory testing.
Hi, I'm Sunanda Dengi — a fresher building my foundation in software testing, quality assurance and Python-based automation.

I enjoy understanding how software should behave, looking for the cases that can break it, and documenting what I find clearly.
My current focus is building practical skills in functional testing, API testing, test case design, defect reporting and Python automation.
As a fresher, my goal is not to claim years of experience — it is to build strong fundamentals and prove them through hands-on practice.
A practical testing foundation designed for an entry-level QA / Software Testing role.
Test scenarios, test cases, smoke, sanity, regression and exploratory testing.
Python fundamentals applied to testing exercises and automation practice.
REST concepts, requests, responses, status codes and validation using Postman.
Web UI automation practice with locators, assertions and reusable test flows.
Queries and database validation for checking application data.
Clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual results and defect documentation.
Starting with a science background and moving into software quality and testing.
Completed a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, developing analytical thinking, observation and problem-solving skills.
Training focused on Python, software testing concepts and practical automation-oriented exercises.
Portfolio projects created for learning and demonstration. They are not client or company projects.
A fictional e-commerce application used to demonstrate a complete QA workflow: requirements review, test-case design, functional testing, negative scenarios, regression checks and defect reporting.
A fictional REST API exercise covering request methods, status codes, response validation and negative test scenarios.
A fictional UI automation exercise demonstrating reusable test flows, locators, assertions and regression execution.

Good testers stay curious. Outside technical learning, I enjoy exploring new places, learning new things and bringing that same attention to detail into my work.
I'm open to entry-level opportunities in software testing, QA and test automation.
